Ha! The scale finally swings in the proper direction.

Step on the scale. Get off. Step on again. It can't be....step on again. Yep, its actually down two pounds! After a rough couple of weeks being off the program, I'm back in the running again, and the scale is headed in the proper direction once again. Its not yet my official weigh in, but I'm optimistic that the trend will continue now that I'm back to 1200 calories per day, and getting in more exercize. My trusty pedometer strapped to my side, I go out of my way to log extra miles, striving for at least five miles per day. I'm also drinking 13-14 glasses of water per day, much to the chagrin of my poor bladder. Next stop, the 200 pound mark depot...
