Is the stickybun gone yet?

I indulged in a sticky bun for breakfast this morning--I'm hoping the workout I just did has burnt that sucker off. I did a half hour on the crosstrainer to the tune of 350 calories, then some weightlifting. That was followed by treadmill time at a 2% incline--another 150 calories gone. Finally, I swam for an additional half hour, including one pool length of the butterfly. I'm tired, and my muscles are telling me they were challenged, but not to the point of being incapacitated. The only thing that really needs work now are my abs.

As soon as I saw the title of your post, I was reminded of that commercial where people sort of turn in to what they eat. The girl who had cinnamon buns for breakfast is walking along with two huge buns on her backside, the guy to had the donut has a huge donut around his waist.

Just the visual of me walking along with two huge cinnamon buns stuck to my butt is enough to keep me away from the things!

I hope your workout was successful at minimizing the damage :-)
